If you have a Clout account you are no longer able to access, please create a ticket with the following information:
- Clout username. (If known)
- Current email on file. (If known)
- When you registered on Clout. (An estimate will work)
- The last location you accessed Clout from. (Please be more precise than just a country)
We will do our best to assist you in regaining access into your account. However, if you fail to clearly verify ownership of your account, we will not be able to help. In instances like these, the account in question remain as-is, so as to protect the account from a potentially malicious attempt at gaining access.
In the event that we are unable to assist you in recovering your account, you are welcome to sign up for a new account. In most cases, you will be unable to claim the username of the account in question, unless it meets our inactivity requirements.
Abuse of the account recovery process will result in a permanent ban from Clout, with no exceptions. All recoveries are closely monitored, and our Support team will not handle malicious attempts lightly.
